I didn’t start vlogging to become internet famous—I started because I love YouTube and I own way too much camera gear. Honestly, it was either vlogging or building a small TV station in my living room.
For me, vlogs are the perfect excuse to test out equipment, try new ideas, and document whatever chaos or adventures life throws my way. I may not post every day (or even every week), but when I do, I pour myself into the process—and usually end up laughing at myself along the way.
Basically: if you like behind-the-scenes experiments, random adventures, and the occasional over-engineered camera setup… welcome to my vlogs.
LIFE & WORK VLOGS
Every time I buy a new camera or audio gadget, I tell myself, “This is the last one I need.” Then two weeks later… here we are again. Naturally, I started a vlog so I could test my gear and have an excuse for my growing collection.
These vlogs aren’t big productions—they’re quick snapshots of me working, experimenting, and occasionally wondering if I’m more of a filmmaker or just a professional gear hoarder. Either way, they’re a behind-the-scenes look at my life on the job.
FISHING VLOG
I didn’t pick up a fishing rod until I was 38—and of course, the first thing I did was point a camera at myself. After filming a few “day in the life” work vlogs, I thought, why not document the adventure of learning something completely new?
Fishing quickly became more than a hobby—it turned into one of my favorite stories to tell on camera. My fishing vlogs are equal parts trial, error, and pure joy, and they’ve become some of my favorite projects to edit.
Honestly, I’d love to take this further and film someone’s full-on fishing show. Until then, I’ll keep casting lines, rolling cameras, and sharing the journey.
VIDEO GAMES "LET'S PLAY"
You can’t be all business—sometimes you’ve just got to grab a controller and save the world (or at least embarrass yourself trying). Editing takes a ton of time, and I have way too many hobbies, so if I’m going to sink hours into a video game, you better believe I’m hitting record.
These Let’s Plays are part gaming, part commentary, and part proof that I occasionally step away from my editing timeline… only to end up editing this instead.
